Jessica Alexander hails from the Capital of Dreams, Montgomery, AL. A proud alumna of Auburn University’s College of Business, she is a Possibility Strategist and Founder/CEO of Operation Evolve, LLC. The mission is to provide unique personal and professional development opportunities to girls and women that allow them to gain clarity, discover their passions and walk in their purpose.

Passionate about helping individuals pursue their God-given purpose, Jessica authored her first book in December 2017, “Boss Up! Pursue Your Purpose with Confidence.” She also hosts a networking and empowerment event for women in business, Boss Babes Brunch Tour. In 2018, she drove across the United States to provide hundreds of women in business an afternoon of Motivation, Mingling, and Mimosas in 24 cities. She is currently on her second national tour.








Before founding Operation Evolve, Jessica reigned as Miss Black Alabama USA 2014 where she represented the state of Alabama in Washington, D.C. placing in the Top 15 and winning Miss Congeniality. During her year of service, she spoke to over 4,000 students throughout Alabama about self-esteem, accountability, goal-setting, and community service. In 2018, she partnered is Montgomery Public School Systems to create a new program, Wear Your Crown, that provided pageantry, leadership, and character development for 4th 5th-grade girls. She recently won the title of Miss Natural Hair and Health Expo Beauty 2018 and will advocate for natural hair and health across the state of Alabama and beyond over the next year.
