The Visions Beauty Natural Hair and Health Expo is a family-owned, family-led and family-centered business...we take pride in caring for and protecting all those that are connected to us.  With that in mind, amidst the global concerns surrounding COVID – 19 coupled with a directive from the Jefferson County Department of Health and factors beyond our control, we are saddened to announce the official postponement of the 8th Annual Visions Beauty Natural Hair and Health Expo.  We are taking this unforeseen measure as a necessary precaution to protect the health and wellbeing of our participants, attendees, and staff - we consider you family, and your wellness and safety will always come first.  
 
This is an unprecedented, unplanned and unforeseen issue - we are working diligently to determine the appropriate plan of action and way forward. We have provided answers to priority FAQ’s below and will be following up with all vendors and e-ticketholders directly.

TICKET HOLDERS

Q:    What is the status of the 2020 Visions Beauty Natural Hair and Health Expo?
A:    The event has officially been POSTPONED.


Q:    If I purchased a ticket for the event, what does this mean?
A:     All general admission, group sales and VIP tickets purchased for the March 21, 2020 event is still valid.  If you purchased a PHYSICAL TICKET, please be sure to HOLD ON to your ticket and bring for admission to the rescheduled event.  Please note, physical tickets are not registered in our database, so if you lose the ticket we have no way to track your purchase.  If you purchased an ELECTRONIC TICKET(either general admission or VIP) online, please be on the lookout for an email from
info@naturalhairandhealthexpo.com regarding your ticket purchase. 
 
Q:    Will I get a refund?
A:     Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund, however, all tickets to this event are transferable to the rescheduled date.
 
Q:    How do I handle my flight and hotel?
A:     For the hotels and airlines, please check directly with your travel agent, hotel or airline carrier for any specifics regarding your travel questions.

Q:     What does this news mean for my vendor registration?
A:     All vendor registrations are still valid and will be transferred to the rescheduled date (date TBA). All vendors will be sent updated confirmations via email...please note the current policy still stands:  all booth payments must be final 30 days in advance of the show to ensure you maintain your space.
 
Q:     Can I get a refund for my vendor registration?
A:     Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund as we are beyond the date of issuing refunds.  However, all confirmed registrations/payments will be honored for the rescheduled date.
 
Q:    How do I handle my flight and hotel?
A:     For the hotels and airlines, please check directly with your travel agent, hotel or airline carrier for any specifics regarding your travel questions. 
 
Q:    Whom do I contact about my add on services like freight, electricity, wifi, decor, etc.?
A:     All add on services that have been purchased will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date.  If you have a specific question, kindly send an email to
